1. About Solas Nua

Solas Nua is a trading name of Trio Spatial Solutions Limited, registered in Ireland. Solas Nua provides psychedelic mentorship, preparation, integration support, and holistic life coaching services. All services are educational and mentorship in nature. Solas Nua does not provide clinical, therapeutic, or medical services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Solas Nua's services or website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Nature of Services

All services provided by Solas Nua are for educational and harm minimisation purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Solas Nua does not condone the use of licit or illicit psychoactive substances.

Guided journey support is only offered in jurisdictions where such services are legally permitted.

4. Eligibility

Services are available to adults aged 18 and over. By engaging with Solas Nua, you confirm that you are not currently experiencing acute mental health crisis and that you understand the non-clinical nature of the support offered. Solas Nua reserves the right to decline services where, in its professional judgement, engagement would not be appropriate or safe.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms and cancellation policies will be confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Solas Nua reserves the right to cancel or decline services at any time where it is deemed clinically or ethically appropriate to do so.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Solas Nua shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Solas Nua website, including text, images, and materials, is the property of Solas Nua / Trio Spatial Solutions Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
