1. Services

Solas Nua provides one-to-one mentorship, preparation, and integration support in relation to psychedelic experiences, as well as holistic life coaching. All services are non-clinical and educational in nature. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this.

2. Client Responsibilities

By booking or engaging with Solas Nua, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are not currently in acute mental health crisis

  • You have completed any required intake or screening process honestly and fully

  • You understand that Solas Nua does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy

  • You agree to provide adequate notice of cancellation in line with the cancellation policy confirmed at the time of booking

3. Referrals

Solas Nua operates within its scope of practice. If at any point it is felt that additional professional support is needed, appropriate referrals will be encouraged. Solas Nua reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where this is deemed necessary for your safety or wellbeing.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality, in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may only be broken where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where required by law.

5. Disclaimer

Solas Nua does not condone the use of licit or illicit psychoactive substances. All information provided is solely for educational and harm minimisation purposes only. Guided journey support is offered only in jurisdictions where legally permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solas Nua's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Irish law. We accept no liability for decisions made by clients based on information or support provided through our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
